How long does it take to get a response after submitting the form?+
Our team reviews every consultation request and responds within one business day, typically within a few hours during working hours (Mon–Sat, 10am–7pm IST).
What file types and sizes can I upload as evidence?+
You can upload PDFs, Word documents, images (JPG, PNG, HEIC) and audio/video files. Each file can be up to 25 MB and you can attach up to 8 files in total. For larger files, paste a Google Drive or Dropbox link in the evidence URL field.
Are the documents I upload secure?+
Yes. All uploads are transmitted over HTTPS and stored in a private, encrypted bucket accessible only to authorised members of the firm. Your information is protected by attorney-client privilege.
Do I need to pay before booking the consultation?+
No. Submitting the consultation form is free. After reviewing your case, we will share fee details and engagement terms in writing before any work begins.
Can I book a consultation if I am outside Jodhpur or India?+
Yes. We routinely consult with clients from across India and abroad over phone and video call. Mention your preferred mode in the case description.
